With Covid-19, here's some information about our studio operations:

We ship locally and internationally (unless stated otherwise) through the United States Postal Service (USPS). US orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping - add ATFREESHIP in the discount section.

Note: As of Dec 2025, international orders are temporarily unavailable until further notice. 

Each package is shipped and updated with a tracking number. Due to unforeseen circumstances (literally anything is possible at this point - a lockdown, a pandemic, political climate, or peculiar weather conditions), there might be delays in receiving your package. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Please note that applicable foreign customs, duty, and import fees of any kind may apply if your parcel is shipped to a destination outside of the U.S. These fees are not included in our delivery charges. You will be responsible for paying such fees. 

Due to the nature of our made-to-order small business and for hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you're unsatisfied due to a suspected defect from AT, please do not hesitate to email us immediately at [email protected] within 14 days expressing the concern. We want you to love and feel connected to your pieces.
